Traxxas Slash Blasphemi Gasser Build

Traxxas Blasphemi Gasser Build
Probably best known for his part in the YouTube series, RoadKill, Mike Finnegan has been building a street/strip drag car of his own based on a 1955 Chevy Bel Air. It’s equipped with a gasser style suspension that props the front end high in the air, a big set of old school slicks out back, and an awesome 535ci Mopar Hemi engine that lead to the car being dubbed “Blasphemi”. While the full size Blasphemi is an amazing creation on its own, there has to be a RC car connection of some kind to make these pages. After stopping by the Traxxas booth at SEMA 2016, Mike was sitting in the shop looking at Blasphemi and realized that it would make a pretty wild RC car. It was just a matter of time before he turned that thought into reality. The RC version of Blasphemi started as an ordinary Traxxas Slash VXL. Some of the parts that transform it into this cool gasser include a Parma Fifty Five SC body, Traxxas Funny Car tires, and a Traxxas OBA on board audio system. As you can see, the end result is awesome! Check out the rest of the pictures below, along with a list of parts required to replicate the build yourself.
