Tamiya Nissan R390 GT1 TT01Tamiya has been gearing up for the 52nd Annual All Japan Model and Hobby Show being held in Chiba, Japan next month. Along with their numerous scale models expected to be unveiled at the event, Tamiya is also planning on announcing a few new R/C cars and trucks as well. Not too long ago we posted a few of the new cars including a limited edition M06R, a new FF03 and a few TT01 touring cars. Today we got ahold of two more, a Nissan R390 GT1 race car replica based on the TT01 chassis and the new Fighter Buggy SV which is based on the DT02 off-road platform. Gear Head RC just announced their new ENK EZ-Loc 1.9″ scale crawler wheels. They’re made in the USA from CNC machined T6 aluminum and feature a new EZ-Loc beadlock design that makes mounting even the most difficult tires a breeze. Unlike many other beadlock systems which require dozens of screws to keep things secure, the EZ-Loc rings attach to the wheels with just six screws. Serpent Releases Full Cobra 811 2.0 Specs

Serpent Cobra 811 2.0Just days after giving us a sneak peek of the new Cobra 811 2.0 1/8 scale buggy, Serpent has released the full specs on the car. As we mentioned earlier, the Serpent Cobra 811 2.0 has a completely revised rear end including a wider rear track thanks to longer suspension arms and drive shafts, longer suspension travel with the help of longer shock bodies and shafts, rear shocks relocated to the rear of the shock tower, new taller carbon fiber rear shock tower, and a ball bearing supported rear sway bar.
